Meet weekly for individual coaching that is tailored to your specific issues and needs. I develop a curriculum especially for you, which includes practices and fun exercises that merge embodiment, creativity, sensuality (use of tactile items and scents), as well as breathwork, meditation, movement, and your own personal flair. This intuitive coaching allows you to explore shadows and pain points while holding your coach's hand and coming through into a cleaner, livelier existence, where you feel free to stand rooted in your authentic self.
Learn about your partner and deepen your connection through a foundation of yoga philosophy, blending understanding from 3 traditions: Hatha, Kundalini, and Tantra yoga. Enjoy creative activities, intention-setting, communication techniques, fun homework and dating exercises to grow closer as a couple and love each other better.
These 75 minute sessions involve a full body scan, with touch and gentle massage work through the 7 main chakras or energy centers of your body. You'll practice breathing as a form of release, in addition to the use of essential oils, sage and other scents, crystals and/or occasional sound therapy. This is a great start to see if you want to come back for regular coaching work that helps you sustain your healing long-term.
Shamanism is an ancient practice of using intuitive journeying and alternative healing modalities to help people move through soul healing and overcome childhood or ancestral wounds. I experienced my own awakening in this regard in 2017, when I began to get intuitive downloads and have visions of what happens in the body's internal network. While doing reiki and studying and exploring this ancient tradition, as well as through intensive meditation over several years, I began to intuitively see a client's internal network of energy, as well as past experiences that hold people back from further growth. I use crystals, essential oils, as well as water, movement, and somatic massage when necessary throughout a session to help relieve blockages. I also help uncover needs through the medicine of spirit animals that appear as teachers in various parts of the body. Coaching packages generally begin with hands-on sessions like these to clear energy before embarking on a focused program for healing and positive life-change.
Reiki is done while you are in loose and comfortable clothing. I apply gentle touch on various parts of the body, such as shoulders, head, feet, and calves. This sends peaceful energy of light through various energy centers as a way to cleanse you internally and bring peace and light to any blockages you may have. I trained at Reiki Healing Center in 2017 and am certified.
I received my yoga certification in 2013 and have been teaching ever since. I coach people individually, as well as teach classes to groups, to help people adapt yoga postures, movements, and breath into their daily lives for greater peace and calm. Doing yoga once a week can change your life and help you manage life transitions, and adopting a regular meditation practice can give you perspective and grounding for a more fulfilling life. When I work with people on-on-one, I adopt movements and practices for the individual to meet her or him where needed, regardless of age or experience.
